您没有发送键值对，因此您的 Web 方法无法读取所需的键“名称”。用这个替换你的 SOAP 主体：

               <value>someValue</value>
            </arg0>
         </hashMap>

   </soapenv:Body>

此外，将输入参数的类型从 更改HashMap为HashMap<String,String>。这应该够了吧。
