从文档：

对于要包含在序列化字符串中的表单元素的值，该元素必须具有 name 属性。

在您的 HTML 输入中没有名称，因此serialize返回一个空字符串。用类似的东西解决这个问题......

<input type="text" name="keywords" ng-model="keywords" placeholder="enter name...">
<input type="text" name="desc" ng-model="desc" placeholder="enter description...">

而且，顺便说一句，您不必将 Angular 包装$element到 jQuery 函数中：$element.serialize()可以正常工作。
