仅命令行工具（无 Xcode）方法

  1. 下载并安装 Mac OS X 开发者命令行工具
  2. 运行sudo xcode-select --switch /usr/bin。有关详细信息，请参阅自制程序问题 10245
  3. 重试您的npm install iconv
