我相信 updated-min 参数不适用于配置文件数据 api。它仅适用于联系人 API。https://developers.google.com/google-apps/contacts/v3/#retrieving_contacts_using_query_parameters

如果您查看文档，您会看到 Contact APi 支持它。但它在文档中的任何地方都没有提到对 Profile 数据 api 的支持。
