强制更新 rc 文件：

curl -L https://get.rvm.io | bash -s stable --auto-dotfiles

Mac OS 在创建新终端时运行 .bash_profile 但不运行 .bash_rc。将那些 PATH 的东西移动到 .bash_profile 并再次运行。

至于你的第二个问题，似乎你在 PATH 中添加了错误的东西。将以下内容添加到 .bash_profile 中：

PATH=$PATH:$HOME/.rvm/scripts # Add RVM to PATH for scripting
. rvm > /dev/null
