我会使用 ImageMagickconvert将 GIF 的第一帧转换为 PNG。[0]您通过添加到文件名来处理第一帧。

哦，最近的版本convert可以很好地直接处理源文件位置的 URI：

 convert  "http://imgur.com/a.gif[0]"  a.png

或者

 convert  "http://imgur.com/a.gif[0]"  -thumbnail  128x128  a.png
