我不仅在我的php上有这个。也在我的 html 文件和文件夹上。

.htaccess 文件为空

问题是我的服务器重新启动后发生的。

但是，驻留在同一台服务器上的其他帐户仍在工作，只是那个特定的帐户。

Usually this happens when one of your scripts has an error that is detected by the server. You should examine your server error log to see what caused the issue.
