index.jsp 启动良好，但是当我单击导航到登录页面时，我得到 404。我正在使用 Tomcat 7。而且我没有想法，看起来 DispatcherServlet 由于某种原因没有被调用。

问题可能是您缺少页面中的上下文路径，请尝试以下方式：

<a href="${pageContext.request.contextPath}/Login">login</a>

更新：

能否请您也添加 <mvc:annotation-driven/>到您的main-servlet.xml
