当 addColumn('procedure', ...) 被注释掉时，根本没有错误。我不知道有什么问题......我不知道为什么查询中的片段如下：'procedure LIKE '%1%')'。“过程”字段是 varchar。表结构：

magento 的核心做 getCollection auto，或者：

   $collection = Mage::getModel('logger/logger')->getCollection()
        ->addAttributeToSelect('procedure');

解决方案真的很简单。我需要添加的只是->load()_prepareCollection() 函数变为：

        $collection = Mage::getModel('logger/logger')->getCollection()->load();
        $this->setCollection($collection);
        return parent::_prepareCollection();
    }
