我得到了它！经过大量研究后，我在这里找到了这篇文章。第一个答案提到：

默认情况下，现场用户会被分析并分解为一个或多个令牌。如果它被分解为多个令牌，那么您就无法真正对其进行排序。如果要对其进行排序，则需要将其 i（在映射中）设置为未分析

在您的情况下，您需要做的就是：

将“id”更改为“fullname”应该可以。
