An error occured while installing bcrypt-ruby (3.0.1), and Bundler cannot continue.
Make sure that `gem install bcrypt-ruby -v '3.0.1'` succeeds before bundling.

在我看来，make您的系统上没有。如果您使用的是 Mac，则需要安装 Xcode 命令行工具。
