有同样的问题，但通过手动卸载 IIS Express 7.5 和 WebMatrix 解决了。然后我下载了 IIS 7.5、MSSQL Server Management Objects 和 WebMatrix，然后手动安装了它。通过 WebPI 安装时我的电脑关机，这可能对我造成了问题。
