我终于能够自己追踪到这一点。

问题是 WSDL 文件中属性的类型定义：

<xs:attribute name="propertyDefinitionId" type="xs:anySimpleType" />

PHP WSDL 解析器不喜欢xs:anySimpleType类型。用xs:string替换它会使整个问题消失。也许这是PHP中的一个错误。
