您使循环以对option' 值的更改为条件，但仅在循环之外分配给该名称：

while option != 9:

而是将其移动到while循环内（还要确保option' 的初始分配满足while循环的条件！）。

此外，不请自来的建议：一旦你利用了dictionary 的力量，你就会被震撼。这只是很棒的东西。将这些选择映射到要调用的字符串或对象或函数，它可能更清晰和/或更可扩展。
