nDoc.SaveAs Encoding:=msoEncodingUTF8, FileFormat:=wdFormatUnicodeText, fileName:=Praefix & Format(i, "0"), AddToRecentFiles:=False

解决方案是将“Encoding:=msoEncodingUTF8”部分添加到 saveAs 方法中！
