我已经看到了几个“字典”问题的示例，使用单个列（例如 UserID）来查找用户的名字和姓氏，但我有两列都需要与每个匹配项的多个可能结果匹配。

目前，我查询所有准备发货为 TRUE 的记录，然后使用代码循环查找每个产品/颜色组合的发货标签文件的结果。我的目标是通过单个查询获得所需的结果。

我尝试了以下 SQL，但速度太慢（几分钟）。我想知道使用 JOIN 或其他一些技巧是否会更快（不到一秒）。目前我的代码大约需要 2 秒。我使用的真实世界表有数千条记录，并返回数百条结果。
