它正在滚动，因为它是滚动视图的背景。所以当滚动移动时，背景会移动。您可以使滚动视图的背景透明（可能通过将背景颜色设置为[UIColor clearColor]并设置opaque为NO），然后在具有相同框架的滚动视图后面放置一个视图。这不会随着滚动视图移动。请记住，滚动视图会移动它们的内容，而不是它们本身。背景是该内容的一部分。
