我建议卸载并重新安装。此外，我建议使用http://railsinstaller.org/中的 Rails 安装程序，根据我的经验，这是在 Windows 机器上安装 rails 和 ruby​​ 最轻松的方法。

似乎您在带有空格的目录中安装了 Ruby（沿着 DevKit？）。

正如在 Ruby 自己的安装程序中指出的那样，不建议使用带有空格的路径（这就是为什么默认为C:\Ruby193

作为 DevKit 一部分的编译器 GCC 存在带空格的路径问题，因此也建议将 DevKit 的安装放置在没有空格的路径中（例如C:\DevKit）
