猜测是您的数据存储为小端。DataInputStream是大端的。（如果您不确定什么是字节序，请参阅http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endianness）

最简单的做法是将文件读入一个ByteBuffer允许您设置字节顺序的直接文件。
