如果您在 BuildConfig.groovy 中使用依赖项管理，则不应将 jar 文件放在 lib 目录中 - 这是多余的。但这不太可能是问题所在。我不太使用 PostgreSQL，但似乎 JDBC URL 必须使用“postgresql”，而不是“postgres”：

url = "jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5432/empapp"

如果是默认端口号 (5432)，您可以省略端口号：

url = "jdbc:postgresql://localhost/empapp"

您在开发环境中使用 PGS 数据库，因此您还应该在 BuildConfig.groovy 中为开发环境提供 JDBC 驱动程序：
