我很确定表单标签必须在正文标签之后，但这是小问题。您的第二组代码在每个 post 变量的末尾附加了一个数字，但您的最后一段代码似乎没有反映这一点。

不要在每个表单变量的末尾使用数字，而是使用数组，就像这样

<input type='text' name='nric[]'>

它将成为您可以通过
