如果您可以手动启动它，但不能通过 Windows 服务启动它，则可能是服务定义中的某些内容已损坏。没问题，你可以很简单地删除它（WASService.exe -remove servicename in AppServer/bin目录），然后重新添加

wasservice -add "Cluster1_server1" -serverName "Cluster1_server1" -profilePath "D:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01" -wasHome "D:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer" -stopArgs " -username youradmin-password yourpassword" -编码参数

或者您也可以在soap.client.props 中插入用户名和密码，这样您就不需要一直更改它。
