您可以在首选项 - 常规 - 工作区 - 自动刷新中启用自动刷新

就我而言，这不适用于 Google App Engine 的 web.xml。所以我在 Eclipse 导航器中单独获取文件，刷新它（通过右键单击特定文件并选择“刷新”）并成功完成存档导出。
