问题出在您的创建操作中，特别是行

current_user.employments.create!(company_id: @company.id)

这是在保存公司记录之前执行的，因此它没有 id (== nil)。之后移动那条线

if @company.save

它应该通过 :through 关系将它附加到 current_user 。
