sudo apt-get install libfann1 libfann1-dev

通过更正您的 makefile,您应该仍然能够在不安装 FANN 的情况下编译它

g++ -I $(FANNINCLUDE) xor_sample.cpp -o xor_sample -L $(FANNLIBS) -lfann

当然你仍然需要编译LibFANN,并且“FANNLIBS”必须是libfann编译库的目录。
