您应该记录是否Categories.Remove甚至调用（通过Trace.TraceInformation()）以查看在非调试模式下运行时分支条件是否存在错误。Categories.Remove确实可以可靠地工作，这一定是您的状况有误。如果是这样，您将看不到日志记录语句。
