为什么 base_title 的更改在测试中开始失败？

我可以设法在这里找到我的错误。可能这会帮助其他人。

我只更改了规范文件中的 base_title。但是我应该更改属于经过测试的应用程序/帮助程序的 base_title。

我知道，我应该好好阅读测试日志。
