但是当我使用我的 android 手机去那个站点并单击下载按钮时，它将开始下载，但文件单击给出错误解析包时出现问题。

实际文件大小也为604kb（从安卓手机下载时为22kb）

第二步：Web.config 在 staticContent 下添加 mimeMap 元素

这可能是我在使用 Android 原生浏览器时也遇到过的问题。问题是下载操作被传递给平台的下载应用程序（与浏览器分开），该应用程序重新加载页面，而不是真正的 APK，而是下载 aspx 页面。

尝试使用 Opera Mobile 下载。如果问题消失，很可能是同样的问题。用标准超链接替换按钮将是最简单的解决方案。尽管如果您还需要其他逻辑而不是仅仅下载，它可能不是一个选择。
