我不知道这个问题的答案，但我也许可以帮助您调试问题。如果您转到此行并 console.log 的结果，path.join(process.cwd(), path.normalize(pathname))那么您可以找出 couchapp 试图获取您的 app.js 文件的位置。

另外，如果可能的话，您应该查看 kanso.js。上次我创建了一个 couchapp（六个月前）kanso.js 比 node.couchapp.js 好很多。
