问题在于 tv.tv_usec;根据手册页,tv_usec 的类型为“long”。该值 (2400000000)超出了 long 的范围,这就是您获得此类选择系统行为的原因。

如果您想选择等待 40 分钟,请确保您使用的是 tv.tv_sec。
