您正在startmarquee立即调用并尝试将其返回值 ( undefined) 分配给window.onload.

大概脚本出现在<head>div 中，并且在您运行它时该 div 不存在。

将函数分配给onload，而不是其返回值。

window.onload=startmarquee;
