它似乎只能通过查看chrom两个表来优化。然后在表格中进行蛮力比较。

chrom_only由于您只有 chrom 22 值,因此可能是您的联接的错误索引选择。

如果我已经正确解释了这一点,那么如果使用查询应该会更快start_end
