要强制任何 (Expandable)ListView 重绘，您可以在视图使用的 Adapter 上调用notifyDataSetChanged。这将强制重绘屏幕上可见的任何内容。这意味着您的适配器必须扩展BaseAdapter或BaseExpandableListAdapter。
