花了很多时间后终于解决了问题。

问题是当我将符号系统推送到存储库时，它没有将 pom 推送到存储库。因此，当我使用符号系统作为依赖项时，我的项目无法知道传递依赖项是什么。

所以我将我的 pom 和 jar 一起推送到存储库中，现在它能够获取所有依赖项。
