浏览器对某些元素的填充、边距和字体大小等默认设置略有不同（例如，UL 上的填充或 H1 的大小）

CSS 重置会清除这些，以便您可以使用自己的值。

周围有很多。我喜欢Yahoo CSS Reset 2，对于 HTML5 有HTML5 Boilerplate。
