I have written a class with a static method that will allow you to do this. Here it is. You will need to pass your SSID, Username, and Password into the method. There are some other options you can set if you need to set the EAP to TLS or PEAP. It should be noted that this code is base off of the code here: How to programmatically create and read WEP/EAP WiFi configurations in Android?. The difference being that my code allows you to adjust the IP configuration settings and the proxy settings. Using this code you can automatically connect to a wifi network with WPA_EAP settings.
