我有同样的问题。

遵循以下 3 个步骤对我有用。

1.创建桶时更改默认区域

2.编辑我的carrierwave.rb文件（如下图）

initializers/carrierwave.rb：

if Rails.env.production?
  CarrierWave.configure do |config|
    config.fog_credentials = {
      :provider              => 'AWS',
      :aws_access_key_id     => ENV['S3_ACCESS_KEY'],
      :aws_secret_access_key => ENV['S3_SECRET_KEY'],

    }
    config.fog_directory     =  ENV['S3_BUCKET']
  end
end

3.在命令行中配置heroku，如下所示：heroku config:set S3_REGION='your region'

如果还是失败，别着急，这个时候heroku会给你点赞your region specified is wrong and should be xxx

而且您现在知道如何填充该区域:)
