刚刚自己测试过，振动/铃声确实会响起，即使是在更新时也是如此。

更新：只是一个更新，如果您正在使用NotificationCompat.Builder或者Notification.Builder您可以设置setOnlyAlertOnce为只发出铃声/振动一次。
