尝试使用self.encrypted_password.

ActiveRecord 为您的属性创建 getter/setter 方法，即

def encrypted_password
    ...
    # return something from the db
end

def encrypted_password=(x)
    ...
    # set something in the db to x
end

而且当您编写时@encrypted_password，您实际上并没有使用这些方法，因此数据库不会得到更新。

您可以在日志中看到这一点：
