drawRect放置此代码是一个奇怪的地方。它被调用来绘制视图，并且可以想象被调用很多——你不应该在那里构建视图。例如，drawRect当您触摸按钮时可能会调用（重绘它）

如果这是在 UIView 中，则可能init是放置此代码的更好位置。

我认为问题是滚动视图..没有转发触摸事件..尝试执行以下操作：

scroll.userInteractionEnabled = YES;
scroll.exclusiveTouch = YES;
