看来您在 web.js 中需要 express，那么为什么不将 express 添加到依赖项中呢？您的本地副本可能已经安装了 express，这就是您没有收到任何错误的原因。Tower 可能需要 express，但是，您不能直接从中访问 express，它是 tower 目录中的子模块，而不是您的应用程序目录中的子模块。

在过去，这是一个 npm 版本的问题。我建议升级到最新版本并至少重新安装 express。

检查您是否在 package.json 的 devDependencies 下没有明确定义。如果这样做，即使运行npm install express --save也不会将其移至依赖项。

我在使用 vue-cli 创建的 Vue.js 项目中遇到了这个问题，它在 devDependencies 下添加了 express dep。
