再一次，我终于找到了解决方案，但仍然无法解释为什么会出现这个问题。

重置应用程序文件后，我注意到这个引用创建了 2 个列出的 DLL 应用程序文件。一个列为 NationalInstruments.Common.Native.dll，一个没有本地标记。其中一个 dll 的原生默认包含 where 而另一个默认为先决条件。如果我将先决条件更改为排除并将另一个保留为包含应用程序将安装。其他 NationalInstruments 参考仅生成一个 DLL 应用程序文件，我可以毫无问题地排除它。

从技术上讲，我的问题已解决，但如果有人能提供有关此参考为何产生 2 个 DLL 以及为什么即使不使用它也不能排除其中的原因的见解，我将不胜感激。
