您没有链接到 curses 库。您需要提供-lncurses在您的 makefile 中链接您的可执行文件的行。

另请注意 -lx 参数（其中 x 是您的库）应始终遵循源文件和目标文件。

您还需要链接到库，而不仅仅是针对标头进行编译。添加-lncurses到链接命令。（另见man ncurses。）
