We are Trying to Connect php & mysql we got connection successful but we are not receiving the data any ideas please guide

Also we are using mysql and php

紧跟在您的 while 语句之后的分号告诉 while 循环执行...什么也不做 :)

...
while ($row = mysql_fetch_array($sql)) {
  echo $row['product_name'];
}
...

应该做的伎俩。
