我是第一次制作功能区插件。

有时，当我从 VS10 运行和启动 Excel 时，我会收到此错误/警告。

" Excel experienced a serious problem with the 'exceladdin1' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?"（我总是回答不，但还是很烦人）

如果您从 Visual Studio 中停止调试会话而不是关闭 excel，您应该会收到此消息。通过从 VS 停止会话，您可以杀死 excel，excel 会在下次启动时注意到这一点，甚至可以确认您的插件正在运行，因此建议禁用它。
