LDFLAGS不在您的 Makefile 中使用 - 既不是直接的也不是通过内置规则隐式使用的。以下应该有效：

$(PROGRAM): $(OBJECTS)
    $(CXX) $(LDFLAGS) $(TARGET_ARCH) $^ $(LOADLIBES) $(LDLIBS) -o $@

make是一个强大的工具。但是，使用它并非易事。如果您不是被迫使用 make，我建议您仔细研究一下替代方案。就个人而言，我推荐使用bjam/boost-build。这是一个简单的示例Jamroot：
