您需要在依赖库的文件之后的 gcc/g++ 命令行中指定库。所以试试：

g++ -IC:/MinGW/include/ test.cpp -lpthread

当我偶然发现答案时，我踢了自己一脚（这是图书馆和 gcc 的常见问题解答）。对于大多数 gcc 选项顺序无关紧要，但对于库来说它很重要。

如果 pthread 库随您的 MinGW 发行版一起提供，则不必指定库路径（您似乎就是这种情况）。另外，请记住上面的命令行会生成一个a.exe可执行文件；通过-o test.exe以避免这种情况。
