target.h使用中：

extern struct target_node * first;

并将以下内容放在相应的 target.c 文件中：

struct target_node * first = NULL;

具有外部链接的对象只需在整个程序中定义一次。

您struct target_node * first在头文件中定义，然后将该头文件包含在两个不同的实现文件中。现在您的程序中有两个定义first。并且first是具有外部链接的对象。因此错误。
