我有同样的问题。您需要获取 MonoDevelop (2.9.5) 的最新更新，以使 mono-d 正常工作。

自 2.8.x 稳定版本以来，MonoDevelop 2.9.x alphas/betas 有许多 API 更改，因此需要移植第三方插件才能正常工作。
