ruby-on-rails - 新部署到生产，Rake db:migrate 失败

Question

尝试将新应用部署到生产环境。从基本 CentOS 构建服务器。
但是，当我尝试运行 rake 来迁移数据库时，出现以下错误

uninitialized constant ActiveShipping::Base
